It's 2:00 am and I just drank so sodie pop before bed and I had a thought. Caffeine kicks my brain into hyperdrive but I don't feel more awake from it. I was wondering, is it the same way for everyone or is it different for different people?

It's pop, not soda. Prove me wrong. Pro tip: You can't.

If you are resting and trying to stay that way, sleep will be hard to find and might not be satisfying.

I feel a difference. I usually have over 300mgs of it though. Stacked with dmaa, I feel pretty good. If I have say...like a monster...or a cup of coffee...it's not enough.

Soda doesn't give me any boost anymore. If I have coffee really late I have trouble sleeping, but not hyper at all

There are people that drink pure caffeine?

I've never really noticed anything from caffeine. Maybe i'm more likely to stay away but if I'm already awake I don't notice much.

I can drink a cup of coffee and go to bed, however I do tend to have some intense dreams if I've had too much caffeine.

I'm convinced that caffeine doesn't do anything at all for me.
