15 RepliesHello explain56012, They are sent out if you qualified for one in a day or two usually. They need to be activated manually by Cozmo. Also after you are granted the award you may need to clear your cache to have it show in your game. Also check both your Postmaster and Emblem kiosk for the Emblem. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539
