My characters has been deleted. Why?
I would like to request an explanation and help with a problem that I just introduced when playing Destiny and PS4.
About 1 week ago I did not start the PS4, and today when I connect and enter Destiny I find myself surprised that my 3 characters were deleted along with all of their inventory.
I would like to know if I was banned for some reason or if it is a mistake, if there is a way to recover all my progress or at least a part of it.
I've been playing this game for 1 year and this is the first time this happens to me.
I would like to have an answer

It was probably a glitch because it happen to my friend as well a couple moths ago so its a glitch that has been around for along time
