Do You Care if People Pay for Flawless?
I'm seeing this topic come up more and more.
Personally, I couldn't care less if some one wants to pay for an account run. IMO we, as a community, paid far more for ornaments and emotes and ghosts and sparrows... Why not pay for a Trials run?
Maybe I feel that way because I've been flawless a bunch and it's not that special anymore? I dunno.
What do you think about this?

3 RepliesI really don't care one way or the other because it has no effect on me at all. I don't do trials and never will because I would totally fail at it. When I see the emblem, the first thought that comes to mind is did they earn it or buy it. So in that aspect, those who have bought it have done nothing but lessen the respect for it. If you buy it and then sport it around like some badge of honor it just plain pathetic in my opinion.

To me it's paying someone else for their expertise. For example, you could either git gud at carpeting, and build an entertainment center yourself. Or you could pay someone to do it for you. You'd probably get more satisfaction from doing it yourself, but you get to enjoy it either way, just as you'd get more satisfaction from going flawless yourself but you can enjoy the gear either way.

2 RepliesIt depends on if you're talking about a paid carry or paid account recovery. I don't have a problem with the first one but the second one really goes against the spirit of the game. Did you "really" go flawless if you paid someone to play on your account? No you're a fraud plain and simple.
