The Solution to Elemental Primaries
This might sound stupid, but hear me out. Elements can be on primaries, but ONLY on blues. This means that it'd be at max Light of 385 and would not be as powerful as a Legendary or Exotic. So, if you cared THAT much about having an elemental primary, you could use a blue
