Here's the crux of the biscuit: When you're in the position of customer service like being a CM of a gaming forum you shouldn't be rude to your customers, ever. I understand things happen from time to time. When its on a regular occurrence there is a problem, with the individual AND there managers. For example: I own my own business. Someone comes in constantly complaining about what I feel is a non-issue I could be rude and condescending and tell them to pound sand. I don't. Want to guess why. Its not that the customer is always right, its that they're still MY customer. I make it right. And if after I exhaust all avenues to make it right and they're still not happy I refund there hard earned money and politely tell them that we're going our separate ways and wish them luck. I have never made a disparaging remark to one of my customers, thankfully. If and when that happens I will own it and make it right. Unfortunately that's not Bungies policy. 3. And the: I can't imagine how u deal with real world news!, This is a -blam!-ing game mate not a soap opera, Their are more important things going on in the world, The internet, you are not ready for it much less real life. To say things like that shows that you don't know me. And to say I don't know deej, I've read enough on him to have a pretty good idea. I advocate, protest and volunteer in all parts of my life. Raise your hand if you ever voted, wrote a state representative and/or city council, marched in a protest and or volunteered for something you believe in. When I feel an injustice has been done, I act. No mater how big or small. As trite as it sounds: I become the change I want to see in the world. What have you done today to make the world a better place. 4.
