I have a serious question, is there a way to recover Dawn of Destiny, Transcendent and The Undying Light Emblems I purchased a while back on Xbox? When I linked my Xbox Bungie account to PS4, It says "Require" over the Emblems on Destiny, can't equip it either and they're not in the Kiosk also, I'm confused with the process

  • Hello, Unfortunately, codes such as Dawn of Destiny that are imported via Bungie.net are only limited to the console platform you put them in. If you check the Redeem Code page, it shows the option to pick what platform the code will be implemented on. Bungie does not support cross-platform play or shared data. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=12219

  • Wasn't trying to share my Emblems on PS4, I linked my Xbox Bungie account to PS4 Bungie account, it never said I'll be losing content I paid for, but when I went to play Xbox I noticed the Emblems I mentioned were gone on Xbox after the fact. My Kiosk doesn't show all the Emblems I have and they're in my Emblem slots on my character, when I hover over them it says "Require". Why did I lose Emblems I purchased, also have proof of Emblems on my character which is my Warlock on Xbox. I've been a member since August 19, 2015 and you can check my account for verification.

  • So if I am looking at this correctly, you abandoned your original Bungie account that your Xbox was tied to and connected it to a newer Bungie account that was connected to your PS4?

  • Linking my Xbox One Bungie account to PS4 account on a website can affect Emblems that's already downloaded on my Xbox One, digitally? Doesn't make sense for me to lose my Emblems through the process if it's already in the game to begin with, if that's the case then my characters and everything else should've been deleted. It still says I'm a member since August 19, 2015 and if it still says that, then that means my Emblems should've never been affected at all and doesn't indicate that I abandoned anything at all.

    Those emblems are different than once that are just obtained in game. Those that are redeemed are connected to an Xbox Live profile through your Bungie profile due to it being the connection. Think of the emblem as Point A, and your Guardian as Point B. Your Bungie profile is the link between those; since you abandoned your Bungie profile that link is now lost.

  • Doesn't make sense for me to lose Emblems I paid for through the process because once it's redeemed for that platform it shouldn't just get abandoned, while it's already downloaded, shown in-game, basically anything you download through should be permanent, just like other downloadable content. My date still shows the same as if I didn't abandoned it, my Emblems still on my Xbox One character and honestly this is a disappointing, confusing situation. What can I do?

  • Wow really?!, that's unbelievable, so this process has been like this for almost a complete year. Would think a problem like this would've been handled by now, especially those who buy stuff and knowing that there's no way of a refund and/or process to get stuff back through re-downloading, show of proof, a type of email confirmation, something. Hope the Bungie team can come up with a solution, in terms of paid specific content. I think a great idea should be if it's bought online and its downloadable then it should be downloaded straight from your platform redeem codes section instead of the Bungie website. The Emblems you say are different, unique, then it should be treated as an add on, codes just like Expansions 1 and 2, The Taken King, Rise of Iron and Collector Edition(s) that include special loot.
