No Longer have Iron Gjallarhorn
Dear Bungie,
I had the Iron Gjallarhorn at level 3. I completed all the tasks and obtained the Gjallarhorn year 3. I managed to level up my Iron Gjallarhorn to level 375 but was still not able to equip. After some research, I was advised to infuse to do the trick. I did and now I only have the Gjallarhorn Year 3 at level 75. Can you please help? This is all too confusing.

4 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 1/30/2017 5:12:00 AMAs long as you actually own the preorder bonus, you should be able to retrieve the Iron Gjallarhorn from the kiosk and use it. If you do not own the preorder license or have direct access to the license on your console, then even if you have Iron Gjallarhorn, you will not be able to use it. Whoever told you to infuse told you wrong, as it's entirely tied to the license and completion of the quest for the normal Gjallarhorn; infusing has no effect on you being able to use it. If you, yourself, on your account or on your console, did preorder Rise of Iron, please try to restore your license or redownload the license from your download history.
