DIS-43 scout rifle. Use it most of the time in pve. Occasionally on large maps in pvp. I don't see it often, so I'm saying it's non-meta. For my secondary, it's my susanoo. It's literally the only secondary I ever use, regardless of the situation. I feel am quite good with it. And the changing elemental damage makes it useful in any pve encounter.
