High Caliber Rounds on Sidearms
Is HCR a worthwhile perk for sidearms, or should I stick with Quickdraw?

11 RepliesI keep them but prefer the high impact lowRoF sidearms, like Teacup Tempest, for HCR. 11-12 rounds but the stun lock gets them dead before they can return fire or evade. The low RoF prevents Carpal Tunnel Syndrome too! LOLOL

1 ReplyHCR on high Rate of Fire weapons basically stunlocks enemies in PvE and really messes with people in PvP. Although in PvP at the optimal range for Sidearms screen shake may not make a difference.
