I think they should give the matador the range of a sniper, with the damage of a rocket launcher. Then we shall see if it needs further buffs. Small steps, we don't want to make it too strong.

the matador should have rounds that kill just like they do but if you some how survive the initial blast the rounds stick in your body and explode to finish you off,
