Everyone having this problem, one questions ...
How many playstation 3's and 4's do you have?
It seems if you have a PS3 that is logged into your playstation account (kids watching Netflix?) this error happens. I turned off my PS3 and was then able to log into the game from my PS4.
Best guess, Sony made a change to the PS accounts. Once you are logged into Destiny, the PS3 (or any other play station) can be used normally again.

Shut all the other play stations off and try to log in on your PS4. you are using the same acount on another playstation.
