That guide has been posted here just as many time as the connection issue has been posted. I understand you wanna be mentor however please look at the bigger picture. If you sell 100 item and one customer comes back to complain, that is understandable. But If all 100 customer comes back and complains that you are selling defective product on market. Good luck to you on your effort. Frankly speaking I would not do it for Bungie. They don't have any ethical slandered. Please stop posting same solution over and over again which don't work.

    Dear ([url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_W_xLWtNa0]Shy[/url]) Ronni, I merely posted this guide as, for the years I have been helping on this forum, roughly 85% of the connection issues have been resolved by following some variant of these steps. I am sorry that they have not worked for you, but for most of the people whom I have personally helped, these have worked. Also, when you're dealing with a game as large as Destiny, even a 1% chance of failure can cause hundreds of customers to have issues (as the player base was well over the millions even after the year one fatigue). To expect nothing to ever go wrong on it is just not a realistic goal. Also, I am not doing this for the mentorship or even recognition from Bungie. I do this because I want as many people as possible to share in the joy I have for this game and this company. I have been a member on this site for almost 9 years now and an active member for 7 of them (as when I was playing college football I wanted to dedicate more time to that than gaming). If you ever need help with any new issues, let me know and I will do what I can to spread what information is out there. As of writing this, the issue has become so consistent that Bungie is looking into it and will be providing updates to us once they have an answer. I provided the link in the OP so please stay tuned to that for more information.

  • i played all day yesterday and i'm a ps4 user.. no error codes what so ever. I haven't had any error codes since i upgraded isp service . I was getting baboon, weasel, bee, beetle, bird before and since i upgraded i haven't gotten a single code that was related to my network. go fish

    Lol pretty sure this issue isn't affecting everyone (or 100/100 like your example). It's [u]only[/u] affecting PSN players, which kind of eliminates Bungie being the problem. Oh and the fact that downdector.com has reported numerous log in issues with PSN today. Also, his suggestion has worked for [u]some [/u] people. It's cool you want to try and act like you really know what's up, but you don't. Please stop posting replies to issues you are clueless about. [spoiler]Also, try not to be an ass to someone who is taking time to help others with their own suggestions. Much better than what you have contributed...[/spoiler]

  • At that, it's not even affecting [i]all[/i] psn players. Literally just checked the psn app and there are people currently streaming destiny.

  • Yee it seems like it might be a PSN authentication issue. Been trying to see if it might be regional but definitely isn't.

  • Well, as Bungie is now investigating, the issue has clearly evolved. In the OP I provided a link in which the BNGHelp made a statement and will probably return to when it has an answer.
