If you have ever signed in with your credentials on another Playstation, it's possible another person is signed into your account. You can stop that by changing your account password to force any other logins out. If you are getting a notification that you are not signed in online, check that your console is connected to the internet and that you have a current active PS Plus membership. You, or someone who paid for your membership, may have cancelled it, forgot to renew, or PSN couldn't authorize a valid payment from whatever card is on file for the account.
