Can hunters have a class with an over shield?
I wish hunters had a class or perk where they would get an over shield.

2 RepliesThat defeats the purpose of a hunter. They live for the perfect shot, not run in guns blazing, high fiving peoples face for a shield. No overshield for hunters

I'm a hunter main and I say no we don't need it we have the strongest roaming supers barring stormtrance although a gg shot can still take it out we have an area denial super which is usually enough to allow us to kill our opponents adding an oversheild into the mix would cause even more hate towards hunters it also goes against the lore as we are scavengers scouts and lone wolves we're not meant to be tanky we are just meant to deal insane amounts of damage due to supers and abilities

From a hunter main: NO. Having a class like that wouldn't even fit the hunter class. The reason Titans have it is because they are a defender/tank class. The only reason hunters have invisibility grenades/perks is because they are the most sneaky.

instead of giving all classes the same abilities how about making them unique and having all classes excel at something that others dont? if you just want every class to have everything just delete 2 and copy paste the stuff into 1 class. makes no sense for all the classes having the same abilities in a "more or less" rpg / shooter / mmo / whatever the -blam!- you want to call it game.

If they give Hunters an overshield then the Titans will get blink and Warlocks will get that evade they can't seem to live without. Plus if any if the subclasses get a overshield then they would be slightly broken, just like a titan with blink or warlock with evade.

Cloaks should give invincibility and hunter artifacts should give 1 tactical Nuke per game

We are at least hard to kill while using shadow shot and bladedancer has hungering blade.
