Splicer Captain turning on other splicers?
I was playing the omnigul strike yesterday and one of the splicer captains started fighting the other splicers and it's health bar was blue. Has anyone else encountered this? Is this a special ability? Also saw it happen to an ogre in omniguls room.

Was it something like this video? It's an artifact like others have stated. It has some, um rather, interesting side effects.
