If you are an serious Trials player you should be able to recall the few occasions Bungie has done map rotation for trials . I wish that they would bring it back on a permanent basis or every other week switch things up . Playing on the same map every game and the spawns never rotate after a round makes things stagnant and predictable . Maps aren't balanced and based on the spawn a team gets they can be at an advantage or disadvantage . With map rotation you will be forced to alternate your weapon and armor loadout and change your team strategy . You learn new ways to attack / defend yourself based on the map . If you support map rotation please vote , like and comment . Let's get this post trending

Thanks for the suggestion. As you said we have done rotating maps in the past and like most things it was very popular with some players and very unpopular with others. I'll let the live team know that there is interest in seeing it again sometime in the future.

i dont play PVP all i wish for in destiny is more PVE.... lack of content means Destiny you play it and then once you done everything there not much to do. More events, more than one event at a time, more vault space, more PVE Content, bring the fun back into Destiny.
-
If it's "unpopular" with big destiny streamers don't count on it coming back.
-
If there was map rotation, I might play Trials again. Might. It's completely unplayable right now unless you enjoy your games with a side of frustration.
-
Get rid of Trials. It's a broken game-mode that Bungie lost control over and cannot get it back. Paid carries and streamers are a plague to gaming. ToO is now a pay to win joke with poop matchmaking. Enjoy it streamers - you made it what it is.

Yes! At least it adds diversity in tactics!
-
Yes. And rotate the damn spawns!
-
if you can't have an option for sbmm in trials then at least let us specify the minimum connection level. I'm sick of losing to red bars with scarabs that teleport everywhere.

Edited by Kyoto6712: 1/17/2017 9:45:00 PMHonestly, it would filter out constant sniping and shotgun alleys and give both teams a chance to shine.

Edited by secrets3160: 1/17/2017 9:59:39 PMChanging maps won't make ToO any better. I think playing a single map is good for competition. You're wanting to eliminate "player advantage" -lol- playing one map is probably the greatest equalizer And if you're a serious trials player, why are you complaining about spawn points? That seems weird to me. What if you get your map rotation wish but only get bad spawns...what then?

They should also remove radar completely in this "skill based" game. Along with adding no revives.
-
i agree. rotating maps in trails is a must.
-
Bump! Tired of always playing on the same map with players using the same guns also no radar and no revives should happen on occasions
-
I'd rather they remove trials...but okay..after all this is scifi cod
-
It'll keep people from using the same strategies and mix it up a lot
-
Even if it's not like rotating every week, but even every other week could be rotating, but when it's not rotating, add another modifier that could make trials more fun like no radar or no revives

Map rotation is such a bad idea. The fun part of Trials is getting to know the map and strats more as the weekend goes on, and knowing what to expect. So help me god if I got stuck on Anom for my 8th win I'd be livid, whereas I know I'll have a bad time the entire weekend if it's fixed.
-
Yes a map rotation of widows court, cauldron, asylum, burning shrine, anomaly, and rusted lands would be a cool set up of long range vs. short range maps. Id like that grouping the best
-
Nah. Map should stay the same but spawns should rotate. Better yet, let the loser pick the spawn or something. I realize it'd be easier just to rotate spawns though.
-
I don't really play trials. But the time I have the rotations were cool.
-
I always say to my teammates every weekend, "Why dont they just do rotating maps every weekend?" It seems like common sense. Maybe they expect people to barely play Trials so they wont get sick of the map. I play 150+ matches so yeah a new map would be nice.
-
Yep rotating maps is a lot better
-
I think this would be a fantastic idea. I think most players that consistently play now have there own strategies for each map on how they want to play/ go about winning. I also finds this helps to keep things fresh and interesting because, by the end of the weekend when playing the same map I find that I end up in a routine and this becomes extremely boring. More map variation makes more a longer interest kept and just more fun :) anyway. Bump!

I like it how it is 😘😎
