In terms of usefulness, touch takes the gold. I never raided with anyone who didnt have it equipped. Mythoclast was a face melter but was nerfed into oblivion and is and always has been useless in pve due to ammo supply. I would only use it on solar burn missions. Necrochasm has never been good even after being buffed and has never been good for pve. Its fun to use though. Outbreak is decent and fun to use. Its perk should always activate on precision kills though.
