Sony Spain dont want to change my PS4 slim for another one, the problem persist and i cant play. They tell me is the developer fault and they should fix it. Any way you can contact them so you can examine where is the problem? In the game or the PS4? I have tried every single option aviable (Reintall Destiny, the PS4 OS, cleared caché, tried different hdmis and sockets....) I really need a solution.
Im moving the 21 of this month to another country and i wanted to brink both (ps4 + destiny) with me and i dont know what to do anymore.... So please, can you help me?

How long have you had the PS4 Slim? Is it possible to return it to the store you purchased it from? This sounds like either defective memory or an overheating issue in my opinion. Definitely a hardware issue if it isn't either of those. A programming issue would cause this to happen for everyone, regardless of the PS4 model. Maybe just tell Sony support that it's happening and leave out the Destiny part as they seem to be getting hung up on that info.

Edited by ADragonWithin: 1/16/2017 1:57:11 PMHere's the thing. If it was an actual problem with the programming or the game fully in and of itself, then -everyone- would be having the issue. So, that means the issue is most likely on your end. If you've done everything you could with the software, then the only other option is the hardware, so your PS4. Try playing Destiny at a friend's house on their PS4 and see if you have the same issue.
