No. They shouldn't. It's still a meta weapon. It still has the fastest TTK of a primary weapon. It still takes no skill to use. It's still extremely accurate mid-air.
It doesn't need a buff. Never has. Never will.

Takes more skill then a pulse rifle. Even tho its ttk is faster,the ttk can be much higher in unexperienced hands. Even tho who main handcannons will agree,its fire rate,range & stability play in how well a player adapts to the gun.

It's a full auto handcannon with increased hip fire accuracy AND perfect balance. It's the simplest gun to use in the entire game. It's body shot TTK is still competitive. [b]THERE IS NO EASIER PRIMARY TO USE...[/b] It's only downside is that you can't snipe with it. Which I'm thankful it has a downside. It's already a meta weapon. Asking for a buff is like asking for a Suros buff when it was in its prime. It's already good. If you need it to be better you aren't thinking about balance.

Clever Dragon is the easiest weapon to use, currently. It has the lowest recoil of any weapon you can currently obtain, including max-stability autos.

You have to aim it. You have to press the trigger. Two things Last Word doesn't have to do. Last Word is also more accurate mid air just cause it's a handcannon.

You're not offering facts in this argument. You're offering subjective responses. The Last Word suffers the worst from ghost bullets because of the increased fire rate from Fan Fire. More times than not, it will take 5-6 shots to put someone down due to this rather than the 3-4 it should take. Its range is limited to 8, as compared to Clever Dragon's 31 base. They're both 3-shot headshots, yet Clever Dragon has less recoil and is able to have different roles along with being a Legendary weapon. Unless you have a CD without any stability perks, it is by far the easiest weapon to use and is the most efficient in its stats-to-performance ratio.

I'm pointing out facts. Last Word is full auto. Has extreme hip fire accuracy. And ghost bullets aren't an excuse. They aren't enough of these "ghost bullets". If ghost bullets were an excuse then shotguns would be in the same boat. Last Word shoots way quicker than any other Handcannon. EVEN the ones with its same RoF stat. It has perfect balance making it not hard to control its recoil. It can be hipfired. So you don't even have to waste time aiming. It is a CQC weapon that is unbeatable. Clever Dragon is just ok at everything. Handcannons beat it out close. Scouts beat it out far. It's nothing special.

I'm honestly going to take your [i]opinion[/i] with a grain of salt. I have tens of thousands of kills with hand cannons of all sorts, The Last Word included. I've also used [u]a lot[/u] of pulse rifles in the Clever Dragon archetype, along with CD itself. I have well over two month's worth of PvP gameplay to vouch for this.
