the bounties wont appear for me, is there something i have to do first?

You have to complete "Taken War: Petra" quest. And I'm pretty sure you also have to complete "Wolves of Mars" or something like that.

All of that is TTK stuff. Queen's Wrath became available after you come to her aid and complete the House of Wolves main story and capture Skolas.

Check for yourself dude. You have to complete those quests before you can do the bounties. YOU are talking about the "Wanted" bounties. But those were removed in favour of the new Taken King bounties for Petra.
