Not really a buff, but just change the way the Exotic perks are. Make them activate on just kills in general, not just precision or non-precision kills.
And yes, I know it's an old weapon. I think it's good, but the perks that make it exotic are not good.
-
Fix the crappy sights. Combine the perk into one, and let either/or proc depending on how you kill.
-
Or just combine the two perk into one.
-
I think only the sights should change. The gun is though. Clear sights will allow you to get the head shots and it will be easier for you to use the gun.
-
Agree 100%, I haven't used it much basically because I hate the idea of trying I choose which perk fits. In the crucible having extra armor would be great but if your using a scout rifle you should be aiming for the head anyway. I've had it work multiple times but unless I'm mistaken (which I could very well be) none of the other exotic weapons force you to choose which exotic perk to activate. Again feel free to correct me, I haven't had them all so I'm not sure.
-
All it needs tbh is a mida sight. I dont use this weapon mainly because of the iron sight sticking up into the reddot sight. The exotic perks kinda suck but i have no problem with them. Maybe change it to precision kills cause firefly and kills with this weapon charge ur super like the juju.

The thought of an upcoming Boolean Meta is funny. Can you imagine reading the first Nerf the Boolean posts?
-
doing that will give birth to the most broken gun in destiny
-
Change the sights and it will be a good gun cuz that sight sucks
-
The exotic perk should change the archetype of the weapon. Colovance's Duty archetype and then you can switch it to the archetype it is currently.
-
I think they need to be buffed. They don't really make a difference
-
It's a solid weapon.
-
Then it's not a boolean. A boolean is usually true or false in this case it's one way. Or another.
-
It's a great weapon very unique it's those pulses -blam!- it up
-
I agree. Or on precision kill give both armor and speed boost instead of "one or the other". At tier 1 the gun feels underwhelming and it's not like time resets after each subsequent kill.
-
Change the sights similar to suros slh 19 or ret dot. Change the blocking sights.
-
They need to make the perks activate on either precision or non-precision but have it as one perk. Not one you have to adjust.
-
then its not boolean if instead they just combine the perks to it being one perk but still has two different kind of kill modifiers it'd work.
-
Combine one way & or another into one perk.
-
This gun has ghost bullets like no other. Feels like your reticle is on target, but the bullet just misses completely. I don't even know why.
-
The most obvious buff would be to gain the agility OR the armor boost depending on whether or not you get a headshot. You shouldn't have to select which one you want.
-
My idea for fixing Khvostov would be easy to implement on Boolean Gemini. Just have R3 be a toggle switch so you can alternate between armor and agility at will
-
Boolean Gemini is an old weapon? News to me.
Yeah, it could use a buff.
Edited by Erekose200: 1/16/2017 12:30:42 PMThe Boolean is my second most used primary and so I use it a lot. And throughout all of that time I've never noticed any difference from either exotic perk activating. Particularly the armour boost seems to make me no less vulnerable than normal. So that's one thing that could be fixed. Keep the perks separate but boost the bonuses received to armour or agility.
-
How about landing precision shots increases rof by like 5 percent. Then getting precision kills with it increases your agility to like how it is with pulse wave or second wind. That would be cool
-
I think that both perks should activate upon kill and refresh on kills. That would seriously help this gun
-
It's name means something, I forget what it's supposed to inflect but Gemini means twins and Boolean represents a binary system where one is true and one is false. So I kinda get where they are going with the perk thing. But the fact is. This weapon would be epic if both perks were active, body kills giving you armor, crit kills agility, the trick being to alternate between the two to keep both active..... But is crap because you can only have it "one way or the other".
