Weird that it went missing. It happened to me once because I purchased the silver in the Xbox store but I came out of the store app too quickly after buying and the transaction took a few days to complete. Really weird but maybe your problem could be something along those lines??

  • No I stayed in the store till it returned to the store home page then went to the game and it didn't update my balance, I checked PayPal and Microsoft and the transaction was fine. so I followed the steps on the help thread about contacting Xbox and then i submitted the contact form at the bottom bungie missing silver help page,but that was on dec 15th so it's been awhile, thought I get it was Christmas so I expected it would take awhile. I just don't want to have to get a refund and the hope That when I repurchase it doesn't glitch again.

  • Yeah I'd just keep waiting but if it doesn't happen in a week then you should ask for a refund but you'll need some sort of proof. They have the transaction and you just need to prove you haven't spent any silver which will be quite tricky!
