Cannot get the last exotic sword quest-- bolt caster
I have dark drinker and raze lighter but shaxx will not give me the initial quest leading to bolt caster. I have arc sword and it is at 385 light and fully upgraded. I went to him in armsday Wednesday as well as many other days. No luck
What do I need to do?

Buy another arc sword from shaxx on the character you would like to do the quest on (I would suggest doing it on a character that has already completed one of the sword quests as you get to skip the first few steps). Infuse it with your current arc sword. Level it up and you should get the quest.
