Omg lost 11 Skeleton keys
Last week I had 5 keys in my inventory 1 drop during a strike I go offline come back online the next day they disappeared. Couple days later I get 4 keys saved up. When I got my 4th key I go offline come back online 1 hour later me it's gone

5 RepliesDude same thing just happened to me 😤 I did a nightfall last night, got a 6 skeleton key that went to post master I had to turn straight off then I log back in today and they've all gone 😫😫 gutted I was saving them to go loop farming

I've lost several keys as well as seeing many posts about it. I've seen zero replies from bungie acknowledging it as an issue. I believe they are aware of it, though. Perhaps they are afraid to acknowledge it.

I had the same issue. Had 6 keys across characters and my vault. Logged on and only had 1 on my Hunter. Thought maybe I had farmed the keys late at night and didn't realize it, but looked at my past activities and I hadn't run Echo Chamber at all, which is the only strike I use them on.

If you leave a Skeleton key at the Postmaster and log off on that character, the Skeleton key at the Postmaster AND all those in that characters inventory are deleted. It's a bug. They might fix it in the next patch

Same thing happened to me but I only lost 5, well I guess technically it was 6. I put up a post yesterday and supposedly a lot of people are experiencing the issue of 5 keys in inventory, one drops, goes to post master, player logs off and when they come back all skeleton keys are MIA. Keep these posts active and maybe Bungie will show some love :/

This is happening to A LOT of people. It hasn't happened to me yet. I would recommend never carrying or storing more than 3 keys at a time. This is what I do, & like I said, I've gone this long without 1 key coming up missing.

Missing skeleton keys? Might be the same issue that had happened to a known issue of disappearing SIVA Key fragments when going to orbit and/or offline while full without picking them up.

7 RepliesNot sure what the exact cause is but.. 90% of the other people on the forums have a similar story of having 5 keys on hand and one or more keys in the postmaster and the next time they sign in they're gone. So moral of the story is stop hoarding skeleton keys (especially in the postmaster), because I know bungie wont fix it in a timely manner.
