THANK YOU! For leaving the Traveler's Walk open
Haven't played in a while but was pleasantly surprised to see the Traveler's Walk was open in spite of not having any special events. It's my favorite place in the Tower, best views, tons of butterflies, pigeons, fishes.

5 RepliesI think the time has come for my oldest (but most ignored) idea. Windmill. Slapping. Contest. Every week features nasty debates on the forums. Why not take a few of the worst and bring them to the Courtyard for a public event? Pairs of guardians square off, heads lolling backwards, arms straight and windmilling forward, and shrill screams as they hurl themselves forward at one another. Make it a streaming event with a pay-for-view format. That ought to fund the live team to give us some content between now and D2!

1 ReplyIndeed tower is a great place to be now, loads to do (not). Yes they opened up the space but that's all it is, empty space, devoid of interest grabbing events and items.

It would be a door that opened up onto air, and you'd simply fall off the edge of the tower to your death. And then Deej would run up the railing and scream at your falling body, "Working as intended!"

You know like the area where Xur spawns in front of the door next to the speaker. Well that never happened and going on 3 years later the only thing Bungie does is leave the gates open? Sorry, but what a freaking joke....

If you look closely at one of the mountain peaks, you can see an Ahamkara flying around and landing before disappearing. Usually only happens at the top of the hour and lasts for only several seconds. Pretty cool.
