Why the hel can't this person play on a legacy console of he wants to? He paid money for the game same as you did. And all of a sudden the game is wrecked because Bungo wants to entice the payerbase to pay for the same game one more time. I think he is entitled to conplain as much as he wants. That I have no idea what the fuxk he is talking about is beside the point.

Why? People bought the game and they still play it. Why the -blam!- should they cut the servers? Also. Are you kidding me? Xur not selling exotics on legacy is intentional. And do you honestly think Bungo couldn't manage to get 3oC back to Xur in two whole weeks? If they were that lousy at maintenance this game would be completely broken by now. I don't know exactly what the hell they are playing at, but it is also intentional.
