It's frustrating to see how something so simple could not once, but TWICE be a problem. You told us that you were looking into it, but clearly little to no effort was made. The poor person on Twitter duty must be getting an earful. You promised us a live team and this is what we get? Unsettling.

  • There proably on vaca wouldn't surprise me if there Twitter guy just saw the issue and went " we 'll fix it next week when we're back in the office." it's a tech tactic. Never tell the customer the exact date there pc will be fixed. This way they can bother you about it while you get other things done. Bungie said there looking into it doesn't mean it will be fixed anytime soon. Not trying to down on ya or bungle. Just trying to make sense of it myself.
