If it has been turned back on, it is only for you. I just checked the stats for some of itsKruzer's games and for a guys that is at worst a top 5% he is matching up against players with kd's at 1.0 or lower. I only saw one guy that had a kd even close to his. I don't know about connections, but matchmaking purely on skill is close to gone.

What makes you say that? The increase on 20000 to 11000 matches? The 4 vs 6 matches? The getting popped into the middle of a match....matches? You didnt really expect no red bars and no lag with a shrinking pvp population did you?
