In certain areas in the Plaguelands, you can find staffs with skulls on top of them. These are used for the quarantine patrol missions and most have human skulls. However, one in particular inside a cave in the Archon's Keep features an Eliksni skull.
Just thought that might help out in biology terms because you can get a really good look at it.
