Local Network Fireteam Joining
I have had no issues connecting 4 xbox's in my house and getting all 4 into a single fireteam prior to 2.5.0 now I can't even get 2 to connect to each other. All 4 xbox's show an open nat, UPnP is enabled. I have reset entire network and reset each xbox, can connect to people outside of the network no issue on each xbox just can't connect to each other.

I don't know if it this will help but what me and my husband did is hook up a second modem/ router and hard wire the second PS4 to that one. We've had great success joining each other with the occasional fail that is easily fixed by changing fireteam lead and opening it to public.
