So, this issue is happening with both consoles. We contact Microsoft and Sony like you tell us to and from their end, everything looks fine. BUNGIE, I think it is time you consider this your problem. Why do you not want to look into this? I am drawing the conclusion that you are not looking into this cause you are still getting money! Sales go through on both consoles and therefore you have to be assuming that everything is fine and dandy on your end. You aren't losing money from this issue.. only the players are losing out. You know what happens when you assume! Is this truly how you want to operate? Are you thinking that those of us who are complaining are in the minority when you look at the big picture therefore you really do not need to address the issue? Surely my assumption has to be wrong.. But assumptions are all I have to draw conclusions when you do not communicate with us on this forum. I appreciate the moderators.. they are trying to help but now, their same old response is getting old and does not work! I now have a contact at Microsoft tech support who is keeping in touch with me. She walked me through all of their troubleshooting and guess what, everything seems fine on their end! She even had her supervisor consulting with her as we tried to find fault with Microsoft! The ball is in your court.. Please talk to us and lets find a solution for this problem!!
