I constantly get unable to join target player with my ps4s one on wifi and one on LAN

I don't know if it this will help but what me and my husband did is hook up a second modem/ router and hard wire the second PS4 to that one. We've had great success joining each other with the occasional fail that is easily fixed by changing fireteam lead and opening it to public.

Yeah I have to reboot my entire network to get it to work it then works indefinitely until it starts happening again (about 24 hours)

my roommate and I have done the reboot and all kinds of stuff and still in last couple months have not been able to play was good for us for almost a year and now all the sudden we are back where we started when wifi and lan frustrating
