Petition for Xur to sell a Telesto
I still don't have one, after all this time.
Now, don't you go and say "hey Bungie, also have Xur sell x, I don't have that either."

Just use a 3oC before killing "ultra" enemies. Your first completion of the weekly NF per character is now the best way to aquire 3oC. Do you see what bungie did there?
