How to improve destiny as a whole.
remove pvp and make it a purely PvE game like it was meant to be.
Doesn't most of the community play PvP only? That's where all the streamers chill
-
-
Yeah, sadly
-
LOL you're a moron
-
Elaborate on that, would you? While you're at it, make me a sandwich.
-
MORON noun informal a stupid person. "we can't let these thoughtless morons get away with mindless vandalism every weekend"
-
That's nice, you can google definitions, but I asked you to elaborate on why I'm a moron. Last I checked, I was pretty smart?
-
Oh... I was trying to maintain a level of intellect close to your own so you might understand me. Seems that wasn't possible. Ill try again. You mek stooopid post, I mek stoopid reply
-
Stupid post...according to...you? A random PvP rat? I'm hurt..
-
If u love pve go play division, it's totally lacking in good PvP content, probably right up ur street. Its boring as shit
-
Destinytracker monitors how players play this game each day and what parts of the game they play. For the year I've been playing it always been at least a 60:40 split in favor of PvE over PvP. Which is why Activision keeps reassuring their investors ( and PvE players) that the content droughts will be addressed in Destiny 2. This is not CoD or Titanfall. It is predominantly a PvE game.
-
Division 😂😂😂 you're killing me kid.. I wouldn't play that game if my only other option was Tetris. I play destiny for PvE. That's not gonna change, sorry to disappoint.
How to improve destiny as a whole.
remove pvp and make it a purely PvE game like it was meant to be.

90% of the community has never even played a raid bud. Hard to keep it going if the community doesn't even play that part of the game
-
The raid isn't all there is to PvE. I'm a daily PvE player and haven't yet completed either raid.
-
90% of the community has never even played a raid bud. Hard to keep it going if the community doesn't even play that part of the game
Sorry dude, but I just really had to call you out on this one. Get this, more people have completed the raid than have fully upgraded any one of the subclasses... Seriously, go and have a look at their respective trophy rarities according to the PSN. Raider - 22.6% Warlock Mastery - 18.6% Hunter Mastery - 18.3% Titan Mastery 17.9%

So I was wrong yes, but the fact 78% haven't don't a raid is still saying something. Pretty weird how do you complete a raid if u haven't upgraded a subclass? Weird numbers.
-
It's a low number because that's a stat pulled straight from PSN. Compare it to a stat which would weed out casuals who played for an hour and never came back and that number seems a lot larger. For example: Only 27.3% have fully upgraded a Legendary Weapon. Only 37.6% have ever equipped an Exotic piece of gear. 43.7% have earned a 'First Strike' in PvP 57.9% have decrypted more than 25 Engrams And only 75.1% have made a change on the Subclass skill tree. One quarter of people, didn't even get far enough to unlock the second row of a Subclass. So by comparison, 22.6% of people completing a raid is a lot. Once you narrow it down to people who actually put some time into the game, anyway.

That's their problem. They would rather sit their asses in pvp all day every day, which is quite sad considering destiny was meant to be PvE focused. If pvp goes, PvE players will come in as crucible rats leave.

Bungie stated that they never intended for the Crucible to be seen as serious competitive play.
-
Since the beginning of destiny, pre beta, pre alpha even. Bungie said it was going to be a PvE driven game, with pvp sprinkled in. Common knowledge.
-
1000000k% agreed
-
Destiny would have been dead allready if it had no pvp.
-
Not really. Without pvp, more effort would have gone into PvE, and the game wouldn't be absolute shit. The community would also be a lot less toxic, as 99% of the cod kids would have stayed in cod.
-
Pvp is what kept this game alive. You assume that more work would have went into PvE but knowing bungie i would doubt that. You think that this forums would not be toxic if pvp wasnt a thing?? Keep on dreaming bud, we're on the internet.
