Eververse for me has had 'Silver Sync Pending...' now for 2 months, I still haven't received the Silver I purchased during 'Rise of Iron', and contacting Xbox over a refund appears utterly pointless, however the 'bot' who assured me they were real was at least polite, fine, c'est la vie...my query is, given I have 'logged out', 'rebooted', 'hard rebooted', 'deleted and reinstalled' the game, 'emptied cache' on console and app, even going as far as to log into a friends console to dismiss whether its my xbox or my connection causing the issue, elaborate and pointless as it may sound. Still 'Silver Sync Pending...'
Now of course I would like to fill out a form, however considering you haven't responded to my first one, lets just assume I shouldn't hold my breath if I do. All I would like is some insight into why this is occurring, due to this, it is still impossible, in game and through the store, for me to purchase Silver, as "Query Failed' forever plagues my attempts. Admittedly I expect you to absolve yourself of responsibility, [i]if you bother to reply[/i], but as I have exhausted every single suggestion you post to resolve it, all user ideas for possible solutions and am almost certain this must be an issue your end, shh don't say it too loudly, I guess I will simply wait and hope, assuming blame must fall with the gods.

This happened to me so I clicked on it again. Ending up having double silver and having to pay twice. Don't do that
