Unfortunately, the year 2 moment of triumph deadline has passed. If you didnt mark the node as completed in game, there is no way to go back and complete it now.

Ok, thank you for the update. I was really hoping Bungie had the capability to manually update something like this, as I can prove that I had done the requirement prior to the end date, but I can live with it if they don't.
