I recently purchased the Heart of the Foundation pin and emblem code from someone over eBay. The package was unopened and unscathed. However when I enter the code I get a message saying the code was already redeemed on another account. What can I do about this? It seems odd because there's no way the code has already been used, I had to scratch off the outside coating to see it (i.e. a brand new code).
