Cannot find or access SRL races

I have downloaded the update, restarted my ps4, picked up all new quests and bounties, got a new speeder, and looked through the Crucible section several times. I cannot find the SRL race so I can play it. What am I missing?

Did you check the weekly crucible area? It is right next to the daily mission, and where it says iron banner.
