Why can i not grab my old momentum gear... Pretty pissed about that.

I'm not able to claim my old SRL gear from year 2 either when my book is clearly 100%. Gamer tag is "Diabolicghetto". Please help. I'm wishing I never deleted it but isn't that is what the kiosk is for?
