Most "Rando's" who know how to actually play rift don't need a mic, I saw that in my matches. I watched people that were previously on opposite teams work together beautifully to wreck a team. Yes, losing sucks and all but sometimes it's ip to you to work out a strategy that at least plays to your strengths.
