You will only gain Iron Banner reputation when you win the match, have you been on the winning team?

Edited by GrundleBeans: 12/11/2016 7:18:21 PMYou only gain reputation by winning, or completing the IB weekly bounties. If you lose, you get a medallion and can hold up to 5 of them. You gain 250 for a win and 30 per medallion you turn in from a win after losing the previous match(es). You get 0 rep for losing matches.

When your team loses you receive an Iron Token, when you win your next match you will receive bonus reputation for the win for each token you have up to 5.
