I've only kicked someone once and it was an accident but funny as hell. I was getting off but wanted to keep these two together cause they weren't friends. So it goes something like this... Me: Well I gotta get off. Here let me promote you to leader.... Him: oh okay Me: -hits kick member instead- Him: OH OKAY I SEE HOW YOU ARE! (sarcasm) We proceeded to laugh and me trying to fix it while half asleep xP

What I do is just get real with the guy, nobody likes to be kicked. I ask them to try (activity) with someone else and I wish them luck with their next team. They leave on their own. It's not as bad for them or me than straight up kicking them. If they are annoying and/or rude I just tell them to find another team because I don't want to be around them anymore.
