They brought out the vows because people were complaining about the hidden exotics not being in the game, now people can see why they were never in there in the first place, same for the Titan exotic boots that give a tighter turn radius, which ended up nerfing the Titan's shoulder charge, I do believe the community should have some say-so in balancing and all but there's also some things that could have been ignored.
