Recently, I pulled out the no time to explain to give it a go, and I noticed that the Headseeker Perk stopped working after playing with it for some time. I noticed the problem when I was messing around with it on trials the weekend that Burning shrine was the map, and it happened again today. I just got it for a friend and about 15 Minuets of running around the dreadnaught on patrol, the headseeker perk was no longer working when I was purposefully trying to make it work on the knights. For example (I'm doing this as I type) I would normally land a headshot at 1311 against regular knights and acolytes, but when headseeker activated, it would hit for 1420. but after 15-30 minuets of playing, it would only hit for 1311, no matter how many times I shot an enemy in the chest. For me to fix it, I found that all I had to do was swap weapons, and like magic it started working again.
So can someone look into this? I found it quite frustrating when you're playing the crucible and it would stop getting the extra damage on headshots in the middle of the game.

While they're at it, they need to fix the guns sights. They are absolutely horrible and the main reason no one uses it.

Happened to me using a party favor yesterday too.
