Make Auto Rifles great again.
Ok lets be honest here an auto nerf was uncalled for. They are fun to use imo but they need to do more damage especially when everything else is out performing them. even low impact pulse rifles out perform them. I love the hard light but it is just like every other legendary auto with glass half full. the only "exotic" perk is the rebound light show. there should be a quest to reforge hard light, It would get a little more impact and do arc damage. call it changing the light or something. and do away with the annoying screen shake. no other gun does it, the pulse rifle should do the same, when it's full auto but it doesn't.

They need to lower auto rifle body shot damage and significantly increase their precision damage so they take skill to use

2 RepliesDude Auto rifles are good, hell I wreak with my Dealbreaker still, I think you just need to Git Gud with them bro! And please don't say anything to me about the Meta, I have positive K/D on all three of my Guardians, and I don't even use the Meta guns, Why? Because I know how to adjust and out play Matador scrubs!

1 ReplyI miss using Hard Light. It's probably one of my favorite exotics but just falls short in PVP. It'd be nice if it had arc damage as well to make it more viable in PVE too

On top of a small damage buff, they need to extend damage drop off range. The current effective range is basically that of shotguns one-hit kill range. And let's be honest. Who's winning that fight?

make autos vanilla quality again remove bloom on hand cannons and buff high RoF stability Keep pulses, but buff hopscotch pilgrim type to HoW Scouts are fine

I prefer pulse rifle meta over auto rifle. Only problem is that bungie over nerfs everything. All primaries need to have relatively close ttk instead of one archtype that beats everything else by a landslide.

Guess I am lucky I love all weapon types and keep perfect versions of each at all times "just in case" I use what ever bungie has decided to make work currently and once they rotate what works you just jump on in with that next. Kind of sad as you never can stick with a weapon type but it is what it is.
