Either stay healthy or it's a way to stay out of trouble. Like I used to be an alcoholic a few years ago.

Yes they do! Those super serious ones tend to be the ones juicing. BUT there are still a few who are all natural.

Agreed. I just let my job and yardwork do my exercising for me. Not knocking it, but gods above do some folks get way too into it.

Hey man, any exercise is better than no exercise! Yep. And then it takes over your life pretty much. I know a few who eat every hour to 2hrs. They set alarms at night to eat. Ex: Bed by 10 or 11. Alarm set for 12 or 1am. EAT then back to sleep. Wake up at 4 or 5 to lift. Then do normal stuff throughout the day. Lift again near the night. REPEAT. ... NO THANKS!
