Transferring Game Content is not working for me
Can anyone help me my Transferring Game Content is stuck at 7% and won't go further I have been sitting here for 2+ hours and won't go up.

If your install still gets stuck after trying Help0's suggestion, try cleaning your game disc. "Transferring game content" is usually copying files from disc to the console's hard drive. If it keeps getting stuck or restarting, it's possible your console is having trouble reading a spot on the disc.
