How do I obtain Wrath of the Machine armor shader?

I have all armor pieces and class item for my hunter from the hard and normal raid and I still haven't unlocked the armor shader, can someone please help?

You pick it up at the Kiosk by the speaker. Unlike what the other poster said, you do not require the Ghost or Artifact top obtain the shader, only the armor is necessary.
