Dead Orbit Exotic Quest (Bugged?)
So I've been leveling up all my hunters factions because I want this exotic cloaks, I've gotten my FWC and New Monarchy but with DO I'm rank 32 and I've been wearing the Endling cloak, Revenant shader, Omen Of the Dead emblem and none of the percentages are rising, I've heard that I need to wear TTK gear but is there any way I can get those item so I can get this quest over and done with?

1 ReplyIt's a know bug. When you rank up select the chroma armour package. You need the spektar version of the class item for it to work. Took me a couple of rank ups to get one.

Edited by JuliusTWEEZER87: 11/30/2016 9:47:43 PMI had the same problem and it was with my cloak, something to do with Spektar gear and that not working. Used omen of the dead II emblem, Revenant shader and Cloak of Oblivion and it worked just fine. Obviously I used the Legendary Cloak of Oblivion not the exotic one that you're going for.

check the icons on the thumbnail. Anything with the RoI (the axe) icon will not work (your endling cloak for instance), just need a cloak with the Taken King icon, or no icon at all.

I've heard that the marks that give a boost to vanguard rep work but the ones that give crucible rep don't work. I know I had a year 3 cloak on my hunter that did work even though a lot were known to be bugged
